2-3 roots coriander
2 nails garlic
1/3 tsp white pepper
sweet black soy sauce
oyster sauce
soy sauce

Panaeng Curry

250 ml Coconut milk
400 g Pork
6-7 lime leaves
3-4 red chillis
2 tbsp panaeng curry paste
fish sauce
sugar
