Cheese cake

200g Digestive biscuits 100g melted butter

4 sheets gelatin
2 1/2 dl whipping cream
400g creamcheese
1 1/2 dl sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1/2 dl lemon juice

3 sheets gelatin
1/2 dl lemon juice
2 dl jam or juice
