Eclair ( Cream puff)


 Puff
1 1/2 dl all purpose flour
1 1/2 dl water
3 eggs
75g butter
Firstly boil butter and water in a saucepan until butter melt. Move saucepan away from stove and add flour, stir them well. After that add eggs one at a time, keep stirring. Now you can make shapes as you want on an oven tray. 200 C for 20 minutes in oven.

Vanilla cream
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp corn starch
5 tbsp butter
1/3 cup milk power
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup cream
1 1/2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

Grilled pork

Kassler (meat from neck part of a pig)
Fish sauce
Oyster sauce
Sugar
Coriander seeds
Coriander roots
Nails of garlic
Salt
Peper powder
Sweet soy sauce
Pork flavour seasoning powder
