Finnish Butter-Eyed Bun

5 dl milk
1 egg
1-2 tp salt
1½ dl sugar
1 tbsp cardamom
15-16 dl all purpose flour
150 g butter
1 packet dry yeast
Make a hole in the middle and add butter inside then coating with egg and  crunchy coarse grain sugar. 
Bake in oven  200 celcius for 15 minutes.
