175 C for 35 minutes
Filling and topping
1 tsp Agar-agar powder
300 g Water
200 g Cream
200 g Sugar
2-3 tbsp Cocoa powder
40 g Cornstarch
150 g Cream
150 g Butter
1 tbsp Rum
Heat all ingredients in a cooking pot
Decoration
White chocolate
Wiener nougat crush
