Chocolate Cake

Bottom part
80 g Wheat flour
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Vanilla powder
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
100 g Sugar
         50 g Water
         25 g Cream
         1 tsp Lime juice
         65 g Cooking oil
         2  Egg yolks
2 Egg whites
50 g Sugar
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar

175 C for 35 minutes

Filling and topping
1 tsp Agar-agar powder
300 g Water
200 g Cream
200 g Sugar
2-3 tbsp Cocoa powder
          40 g Cornstarch
          150 g Cream
150 g Butter
1 tbsp Rum

Heat all ingredients in a cooking pot

Decoration
White chocolate 
Wiener nougat crush
