Mung Bean Noodle Soup
1-2 packs of mung bean noodle
celeries
minced meat
coriander leaves and roots
spring onions
1 stock cube (pork flavour)
white pepper powder
minced garlic
soysauce
Fried Chicken
chopped chicken legs
seasoning salt (chicken flavor)
cooking oil
mix knorr powder and chicken legs, then fry in cooking oil at high temperature.

Baked Prawn with Mung Bean Noodle
100 g Mung Bean Noodle
2 nails of garlic
2-3 Coriander roots
4-5 sliced gingers
Prawns as many as you like
Oyster sauce
Black sweet soy sauce
Soy sauce
White pepper powder
2-3 tsp of cooking oil
First, you soak mung bean noodle in water and let it be there for a while wait until it gets soft.
Fry pounded garlic and coriader roots, sliced gingers in oil for few seconds then you put prawns in the pan and cook until they getting brown. After that put soft mung bean noodle, all sauces and stir until noodle is cooked. At the end add pepper powder.

Chinese Buns/Salapao
10-11 dl wheat flour
100 g butter
1 egg
1dl sugar
1 packet (11g) dry yeast
1 tea spoon baking powder (can be without)
To make chinese bun, instead of baking in the oven you will have to steam them.
This recipe is also suitable for baking.
