Pork Yellow Curry


200-300 g pork strips
3-4 potatoes
250 g coconut milk
50 g Yellow curry paste
Fish sauce
Sugar
Salt

Chocolate Cake

Bottom part
80 g Wheat flour
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Vanilla powder
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
100 g Sugar
         50 g Water
         25 g Cream
         1 tsp Lime juice
         65 g Cooking oil
         2  Egg yolks
2 Egg whites
50 g Sugar
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar

175 C for 35 minutes

Filling and topping
1 tsp Agar-agar powder
300 g Water
200 g Cream
200 g Sugar
2-3 tbsp Cocoa powder
          40 g Cornstarch
          150 g Cream
150 g Butter
1 tbsp Rum

Heat all ingredients in a cooking pot

Decoration
White chocolate 
Wiener nougat crush

Butter Cookies


2 cups Wheat flour
1 cup Butter
1 tspVanilla powder
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking powder

175 C upper heat about 20 minutes

Seasoning powder

Mung Bean Noodle Soup

1-2 packs of mung bean noodle
celeries
minced meat
coriander leaves and roots
spring onions
1 stock cube (pork flavour)
white pepper powder
minced garlic
soysauce

Carrot salad

2-3 big carrots
peanuts
tomatoes
2 nails of garlic
fish sauce
sugar
lime juice
dried prawns
chillies

Fried Chicken

chopped chicken legs
seasoning salt (chicken flavor)
cooking oil

mix knorr powder and chicken legs, then fry in cooking oil at high temperature.
