Finnish Butter-Eyed Bun

5 dl milk
1 egg
1-2 tp salt
1½ dl sugar
1 tbsp cardamom
15-16 dl all purpose flour
150 g butter
1 packet dry yeast
Make a hole in the middle and add butter inside then coating with egg and  crunchy coarse grain sugar. 
Bake in oven  200 celcius for 15 minutes.

Tom Kha Kai

400-500 g chicken meat
5-6 lime leaves
1 can coconut milk
1 lemon grass
1 small galanga root
lime juice
red chilli
fish sauce or soy sauce
sugar
coriander leaves for decoration

Fried chiken with cashew nut

Small sliced chicken meat
All purpose flour
Dried chillis
Cashew nuts
Chopped onion
Oyster sauce
Sugar
Soy sauce
Salt
Cooking oil
First, mix chicken meat with flour and deep fried until they become crispy, put aside. Fried chopped onion with 2 tbsp of oil until turn brown, then add fried chicken and seasoning with oyster sauce, salt, sugar and soy sauce. At the end, add cashew nuts and fried for few more seconds. Done!

Roasted pork

Sliced Kasseler (Pork neck)
Sweet black soy sauce
Sugar
Salt
Honey
Fish sauce or say sauce
Fried on the pan with medium heat 2-3 minutes per side

Spinach baked with Cheese

 300 g spinach
2 tbsp butter
1 small onion
bacon/ham
1/8 cup whip cream
1 pinch pepper
1 tsp Maggy soysauce
Parmesan cheese
Cheddar cheese
Mozzarella cheese

Banana Cake

200 g all purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking power
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
3 eggs
3/4 cup cooking oil
180 g sugar
200 g mashed banana
1 tsp lemon juice

Bake in oven at 180 celcius for 30-35 minutes

Dinner Rolls

1 packet (11g) dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup warm milk
3 tbsp butter
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
3½ cups all purpose flour

Bake in oven at 200 celcius for 12-15 minutes
